Meeting Minutes

 

Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to follow immediately after the Town Board Meeting, likely by 8:00 PM or later in the Meeting Room of the Town Hall/Historic Gymnasium located at 86870 Lenawee Road.

Roll Call: Mark Pope, Randy Kohlman, Donna Lundin, Tracy Gillespey, Brandon Madison and Kristin Mintzlaff.  Not Present: Erik Felt.

• Motion by: Donna Lundin/sRandy Kohlman to approve the minutes for March 11, 2026, Sanitary District meeting. Carried unanimously.

Expenditure: Motion to approve batch S-0408.

Operations:

Discussion had regarding the thawing snow, covers need to be raised.  Mark Pope would like to have Wiikwaibaaninini come in the spring to look at the grinder pumps, they may have to be upgraded.
