Special Board Meeting

 

April 21, 2026, 7:00 p.m. in the Town of Clover Town Hall (Herbster Gym) Located at

86870 Lenawee Road, Herbster WI  54844

The public is invited to attend; you may walk in at any time.  You will need to sign for the record.

 

Agenda:

 

Call to order: 7:00 p.m.

 

Roll Call:  Mark Pope, Donna Lundin, Tom Wissing, Erik Felt, Tracy Gillespey, Keith Koenning, Mark Filonowich and Kristin Mintzlaff.

 

Public Comment:

Mark Filonowich expressed his concerns regarding surveying equipment located on April 20, 2026, at the Bark Bay Boat Landing parking lot.

 

Review Minutes:

 

  • Annual Meeting April 15, 2025

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to approve the minutes of the April 15, 2025, meeting.  Carried

 

  • Special Town Meeting (Levy)-November 12, 2025

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2025, meeting.  Carried

 

Present Reports Town of Clover:

 

  • Treasurer’s Report presented and questions were answered by Treasurer.

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to accept the 2025 Town of Clover Treasurer report as presented.   Carried

      

  • Annual Report presented, and questions were answered by the Chairperson.

 

  • Treasurer’s Report presented and questions were answered by the Treasurer.

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to accept the 2025 Sanitary District Treasurer report as presented. 7 ayes – 1 abstention

 

Discussion of Town Operations:

 

Public Works- oral report given by Mark Pope

TPC-written report given by Keith Koenning

Ambulance-written report given by Jeff Byerhof

Fire Department-oral report given by Erik Felt

 

Business:

 

  • Set Levy for 2026 Budget (Defer to Fall Budget Meeting)

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to defer levy for 2026 Budget to the Fall meeting.  Carried

 

  • Authorize Board to set date for the 2027 Annual Meeting for the statutory date of April 20, 2027, at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Clover Town Hall.

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to set the 2027 Annual Meeting date for the statutory date of April 20, 2027 at 6:00 p.m.  Carried

 

Adjourn:

 

Motion by: Tom Wissing/sKeith Koenning to adjourn meeting at 7:19 p.m.
